3. Role of School24 as an Intermediary Platform

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the school or caterer is independently, physically, and directly aware of your child’s medical conditions.

Product Allergen Tags: While our platform allows schools/caterers to add descriptive allergen indicators (e.g., "Contains Nuts", "Gluten-Free") to their product listings, these tags are populated and managed entirely by the Providers. School24 does not verify, audit, test, or guarantee the safety or accuracy of any allergen information, ingredient lists, or product details displayed on the platform.

No Verification of Safety: School24 does not check cross-contamination safety or preparation environments.

Absolute Parental/User Responsibility: It is the absolute responsibility of the User to directly verify with the school or relevant caterer that any food item ordered is safe for the child's consumption before placing an order.

Subject to the above:

6. Payment, Statements, and Refunds

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via a third-party payment partner. School24 does not collect, view, or store your credit or debit card details.
